Healthy kids are the kids that exercise. Here are some at-home exercises to do with your kids to help with that. It’s a great way to be active with your kids. It fosters activity and they love seeing moms work out and they love mimicking what you do.
First is the crab walk. This is a total body exercise. Arms, legs, core.
Next is the inchworm. I’m going to put the hands down. Walk all the way out. Now, walk the feet all the way up to the hands. Now, walk your hands down again. Then walk our feet up again.
Next, do some leaps. Jump from cone to cone to cone.
finally, you have your standard pushups.
